Lauren Holloway, LPC (license #97381) is a compassionate and dedicated counselor with 5 years of experience helping individuals thrive emotionally and mentally practicing in Victoria, Texas. With 8 years of experience working with children, she specializes in supporting small kids, adolescents, and women through life’s challenges. This type of therapy intervention uses play as the medium for which therapy is delivered. Rather than the therapist directing the session like a classroom, child-centered play therapy encourages the child to lead the session in a specialized play room. The therapist uses multiple interventions with clients ages 11-17, Lauren utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. Each individual child is evaluated for the best fit of therapy intervention based on their individual developmental needs.
